What to Ask Your Clinic Before You Book

Before you plan anything, check these with your clinic. Every body heals differently, and the people treating you know yours best.

Is a few hours of travel comfortable for me right now?
Are saunas, hot springs or bathing suitable at this stage?
Should I avoid sun, wind, alcohol or certain foods?
When is my next appointment, and how much time do I have before it?
Who should I contact if something feels wrong while I'm away?
